Plaintiff Stephen Sotelo filed a five-count putative class action complaint against defendants DirectRevenue, LLC (“DR”), DireetRevenue Holdings, LLC (“DR Holdings”), and Betterinternet LLC (“BI”) (collectively, “Direct Revenue”), and Byron Udell & Associates, Inc., d/b/a Ac-cuQuote (“AccuQuote”) and aQuantive, Inc.
