Tim Flentye and 7703 Sheridan Road Building Corporation d/b/a Flentye Properties (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) filed suit against Michael Kathrein, a/k/a Michael Lee, and Kathrein LLC d/b/a Lee Street Management (collectively, “Defendants”).
