MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER

Carole Van Tassell (“Van Tassell”), Eric Dunn (“Dunn”), and Janet Casinover (“Casinover”) (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) bring this putative class action against United Marketing Group, LLC (“United Marketing”), Taylor Gifts, Inc. (“Taylor Gifts”), Pikes Peak Interactive, Inc. (“Pikes Peak”), and Permission Interactive, Inc.
