Before the Court is a motion for summary judgment by defendants Georgia-Pacific Corporation (“Georgia-Pacific”) and Louis J. Bernard, doing business as Bernard Brokerage (“Bernard”), 1 in an action under common law challenging the defendants’ conduct in securing a multi-million dollar government procurement contract for triple-wall fiberboard.
