EVERETT, Chief Judge:

Chief Warrant Officer Beckermann was tried by a general court-martial composed of officer members and, contrary to his pleas, was convicted of various offenses involving larceny, fraud, and conduct unbecoming an officer, in violation of Articles 121, 132, and 133 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 921, 932, and 933, respectively. The sentence adjudged was a reprimand, loss of 100 numbers, and a fine of $37,988.19, with the provision that he be confined for 15 months if the fine was not paid.
