OPINION OF THE COURT EN BANC

LARSON, Chief Judge:

Pursuant to his pleas, the appellant was convicted by special court-martial of wrongful disposal of military property, theft of military property, and two instances of indecent behavior, in violation of Articles 108, 121, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 908, 921, and 934, respectively. He was sentenced by the military judge, sitting alone, to reduction to pay grade E-l, forfeiture of $500 pay per month for 4 months, and a bad-conduct discharge. The sentence was approved by the convening authority.
