Appellant was tried by a General Court-Martial composed of officer members and was convicted, contrary to his pleas, of one specification of larceny in violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 921, one specification of presenting for approval and payment a fraudulent claim against the United States in violation of Article 132, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 932, and six specifications of .conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman in violation of Article 133, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. § 933.
