In view of the fact that the next annual meeting of the stockholders of this corporation will be held in due course under the by-laws in a little over three weeks from now, the solicitors for the Andrews group suggested that the court should stay further consideration of this petition until the passing- of the annual meeting. This might be advisable were it not for the fact that the important question of how many directors must be elected at that meeting, whether seven or fifteen, ought to be settled, to the end that the stockholders might be advised, in so far as this court’s…
