This is an action instituted by two stockholders of the Golden Key Mining Company, a corporation organized under the laws of the state of “West Virginia, and having its principal place of business in the city and county of San Francisco in this state, wherein all of its property is situate and all of its business is done and all of its stockholders reside, against such corporation and numerous stockholders thereof.
