Claimant, Lena Catherine Rokich, appeals from a circuit court judgment reversing a decision allowing unemployment compensation benefits by the appeal board of defendant commission.

The facts are riot in dispute and are as follows: Claimant was employed by the Packard Motor Car Company from June 12, 1944, to November 27, 1944, at which time she was laid off for lack of work. On December 14, 1944, she obtained work at Sam’s Cutrate, Inc., in Detroit and continued there until January 12, 1945, when she voluntarily quit her job because of pregnancy.
