Plaintiff appeals from a circuit court judgment affirming an award of unemployment com pensation benefits by tbe appeal board of defendant commission.

Tbe facts are stipulated. Plaintiff, a' Michigan corporation, is engaged in the wholesale baking business in the city of Lansing. Prior to July 1, 1941, the United Bakery & Confectioners Workers, affiliated with the United Retail & Wholesale Workers of America, C.
