This is an original action for a writ of mandate against a special judge of the Marion Municipal Court, Room 2, to compel him to grant a change of venue from the judge.

It appears from the pleadings that on April 24, 1934, a default judgment on account was rendered against the relator by Room 1 of said court. Subsequently, relator brought an action for the review of said judgment in Room 2, claiming only errors of law in the proceedings.
