The complaint in this case was in two paragraphs, the first for partition and the second to enforce an alleged trust. Bonham v. Doyle, ante, 434. The appellee Doyle answered in seven paragraphs. The answers are to the complaint and are not in terms directed to either paragraph separately. The first paragraph of the answer was a general denial. The sixth set up the fifteen-year statute of limitations and the seventh the twenty-year statute of limitations.
