Relator seeks a writ of mandate to compel the Vanderburgh Circuit Court and Ollie C. Reeves, as judge thereof, to grant a change of venue from the judge in an action to set aside a default judgment as provided by Acts 1941, ch. 72, §1, p. 185, being §2-1068, Burns’ 1946 Replacement.

We issued an alternative writ commanding respondents to grant a change of venue from the judge or show cause why it should not be done.
