The National Labor Relations Board has applied to this Court for enforcement of its order finding that Respondent, Homemaker Shops, Inc. (Company), violated Section 8(a)(1) of the Act (29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1)) by interrogating its employees about their union activities and by creating the impression among employees that their union activities were under surveillance.
