FOTI, J.

The plaintiff, Robert Pecan, appeals from the judgment of the trial court rendered in favor of the defendants Perry Madigan and Andre Dumas. On appeal, the plaintiff claims that the court improperly granted Madigan’s and Dumas’ motion to strike. We reverse the judgment of the trial court.
