PROCEDURAL HISTORY

This case comes before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss the second of two actions filed by *504the plaintiff, Geri B. Saracino, on the basis of the prior pending action doctrine. Both actions arise from the termination of the plaintiffs employment.
