The parties to this action were married on June 21, 1986 in New Jersey. They *528separated in January 2003 when the petitioner/Wife moved out of the marital bedroom. The parties have lived separate and apart since that time. Petitioner had spent a considerable amount of time in New Jersey since 2000. A complaint in divorce was filed by the petitioner on May 6, 2004 and shortly thereafter she moved to New Jersey, where she continues to live. This was the first marriage for both parties.
