The sole issue in this case is whether the Corporation Business Activities Reporting Act (the Reporting Act), N.J.S.A. 14A:13-14 to -23, violates the commerce clause, U.S. Const. *279art. I, ¶ 8, cl. 3, or the supremacy clause, U.S. Const. art. VI, 112.
