Plaintiff recovered a judgment against Simona Bradbury, an incompetent, and Lewis Bradbury individually, for thirty-five thousand dollars for damages for personal injuries due to the fall of an elevator in the Tajo Building, in Los Angeles, owned by Simona Bradbury. Defendants appeal.
