The plaintiff brought this action to recover damages for injuries to his person, caused by the falling of an hydraulic elevator operated by defendants in their store, on which he (plaintiff) was riding at the time. The cause was tried before a jury. Verdict and judgment passed for plaintiff, and the defendants prosecute this appeal from the judgment, and from an order denying their motion for a new trial.
