This case is here to review the judgment of the trial court in affirming a finding of necessity by the board of county commissioners in a highway condemnation.

The facts are these: The Okanogan-Douglas Inter-County Bridge Company, a corporation, has constructed a toll bridge across the Columbia river between Okanogan and Douglas counties.
