Jaunna Watkins (“Jaunna”), Collin Williams (“Collin”) and Lincoln Watkins (“Lincoln”) appeal the district court’s dismissal of then- petitions seeking the return of certain monies that were criminally forfeited to the government by defendant Eric Watkins (“Eric”). On appeal, these individuals assert that (1) the district court erred by finding that they had failed to demonstrate their entitlement to these monies under 21 U.S.C. § 853(n)(6)(A) or (B); and (2) the court deprived them of due process as guaranteed by the Fifth Amendment by failing to provide them with notice…
