MEMORANDUM OF DECISION
KRAVITZ, District Judge.
In this case, Eloise Easterling sues her former employer, the State of Connecticut Department of Labor (“the Department”) for retaliation under the Age Discrimination " in Employment Act of 1967 (“ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-634 (2000) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”), 42 U.S.C. §§ 2000e-20006-17. 1 She also appears to assert state law claims against her former union, the AFSCME, Council 4, AFL-CIO (“the Union”).
