This case arises out of a bitter dispute between Plaintiff Justin D. Radolf, M.D., a tenured professor, and his colleagues at the University of Connecticut Health Center (“UCHC”) and the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. It is regrettable that this dispute has required a judicial resolution.
