MEMORANDUM and ORDER
TENNEY, District Judge.
Plaintiffs are approximately 100 migrant farm workers who have brought six actions against Orange County farm owners. The farm workers seek damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938 (“FLSA” or “the Act”), 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq. (1982), for allegedly excessive rent deductions made from their minimum wages. The actions have been consolidated for pretrial purposes. See 477 F.Supp. 102, 105-06 (S.D.N.Y.1979).1 In the current motion, plaintiffs seek one order pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure (“Rule”) 15(a) granting leave to file a…
