Plaintiffs, four migrant workers, originally brought this action in March 1983 following their eviction from worker housing located on the farm of defendants Rogowski. They alleged violations of their civil rights under 42 U.S.C. §§ 1983 and 1985(3) and appended state law claims that the manner of eviction violated the procedural protections afforded by New York property law. Plaintiffs now seek, under Rule 21, Fed.R.Civ.P., to add three additional plaintiffs evicted in the same incident and to file an appropriately amended complaint under Rule 15, Fed.R.Civ.P.…
