Plaintiff Robert E. Sokolski brings this action against Trans Union Corporation (“TUC”) and Bank One Corporation (“BOC”), alleging violations of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (“FDCPA”), see 15 U.S.C. § 1692, et seq., and § 349 of the New York General Business Law.
