Deborah Cole sues The Boeing Company for alleged retaliation in violation of the District of Columbia Human Rights Act (DCHRA), D.C.Code § 2-1401.01 et seq., and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq. Boeing denies that it retaliated against Ms. Cole in any way and contests Ms. Cole’s allegations on all bases.
