I. INTRODUCTION

Now before the Court is Plaintiff Dr. Lydia Clemmons’s motion to alter or amend a final judgment of this Court. By way of background, Dr. Clemmons brought suit against her former employer, the Academy for Educational Development (“AED”), after resigning from the company in 2009.
