Plaintiff Deborah C. Howard appeals from a judgment entered in the United States District Court for the Western District of New York (Telesca, J.) denying her motion to remand the action to state court and granting summary judgment in favor of the defendants, Gleason Corporation and Alliance Tool Corporation. 716 F.Supp. 740.
