Plaintiff Marie Powell (plaintiff or appellant) appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut (Thompson, J.) entered October 7, 2002, granting motions for summary judgment made by defendants the National Board of Medical Examiners (National Board), the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, and Bruce M. Koep-pen, M.D., its academic dean (collectively, UConn or school).
