This is an appeal from a judgment of the Third Circuit Court of Davidson County, Tennessee, wherein there were admitted to probate eight envelopes containing certain stock certificates as parts of the entire last will and testament of Nan Dabney Hughes, deceased.
In the reply brief of the defendant in error, Corinne Walters, counsel make the following pertinent statement as to the question to he considered on appeal;
