(W. S.) This is a contest in a proceeding devisavit vel non of the will of Louise Brackin Atkins, who is the same person as Mrs. John A. Atkins, she being referred to by that name in the record and in the exhibits filed with the record. The script is a holograph written upon each side of three sheets of paper. It is dated Saturday, August 12, 1950, this date appearing at the top of the first sheet and first page of the script, and also appearing in two separate and distinct places, one of which is at the extreme bottom of the last page of the will and one appearing a few lines above this last…
