1Opinion of the CourtMitchell, J.

Anna McKinnie, widow of W. B. McKdnnie, filed a claim, with the department of labor and industries for compensation under the workmen’s compensation act, alleging' that her husband died as the result of an accidental injury received in extra-hazardous employment. The claim was rejected by the department upon its finding and conclusion that the death was not the result of an injury, as contemplated by the act.
