Emma Christina Sellin, whose husband, Olof Ferdinand Sellin, was engaged in extra-hazardous employment at the time of his death, filed with the department of labor and industries a claim for a widow’s pension. The claim was rejected by the supervisor of the department on the ground that the workman’s death was not the result of an injury as defined and contemplated by the workmen’s compensation act.
