The plaintiff, Crafford Precision Products Co. (plaintiff), and the defendant, Equilasers, Inc. (defendant), filed cross-appeals from a Superior Court order granting in part the plaintiffs motion for new trial and denying the plaintiffs motion to impose sanctions on the defendant. This case came before the Supreme Court for oral argument on May 6, 2004, pursuant to an order directing the parties to appear and show cause why the issues raised in this appeal should not summarily be decided.
