DECISION

Following a trial on the merits, a jury found Defendants Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation (RIEDC) and D'Ambra Construction Company, Inc. (D'Ambra) (collectively, Defendants) jointly and severally liable on a claim for negligent construction and/or maintenance. It awarded Plaintiff George D. Berganza, d/b/a/ M G Transportation (Plaintiff) damages in the amount of $70,000, plus interest.
