WEBSTER, Circuit Judge.
Appellant Donald Ratliff Cady was convicted of aiding and abetting a bank robbery aggravated by putting in jeopardy the life of another person by use of a dangerous weapon or device, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(d) and 18 U.S. C. § 2. In this appeal he challenges the sufficiency of the evidence.
