Plaintiffs Dawn Seever, Deborah Seever, Veronica Rodriguez, Margaret Rowland, Jennifer Bentley-George, Rachel Allen, Denise McHugh, Heather Roberts, David Ogdenski and Joseph Fleth are a group of persons formerly employed at a Burger King restaurant owned and operated by defendant Carrols Corp. (“Carrols”).
