This is a putative class action brought by Plaintiff George Voeks (“Voeks”) against Defendant Pilot Travel Centers (“Pilot”) alleging a claim for violations of the Electronic Funds Transfer Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1693 1 et seq. (“EFTA” or the “Act”), and its implementing regulations, 12 C.F.R. § 205 2 et seq. (Count I), and a common law claim for unjust enrichment (Count II).
