Tried by general court-martial upon a specification of larceny, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 121, 10 USC § 921, and an additional specification of being an accessory after the fact to a separate larceny committed by one Higgins — during the course of an alleged robbery — in violation of Uniform Code, supra, Article 78, 10 USC § 878, the accused pleaded guilty and persisted in such pleas after proper explanation of their meaning and effect.
