HOMER FERGUSON, Judge:

Tried by special court-martial, the petitioner was found guilty of several specifications involving the uttering of worthless checks, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Ar-'1 tide 134, 10 USC § 934. She was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $70.00 per month for four months, confinement as hard labor for four months, and reduction to the grade of basic airman.
