Ferguson, Judge:

Arraigned and tried before a general court-martial convened by the Commanding General, 4th Logistical Command, at Poitiers, France, on May 8, 1963, the accused was found guilty of subornation of perjury and obstructing justice, in violation of Uniform Code of Military Justice, Article 134, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of all pay and allowances, confinement at hard labor for one year, and reduction to the lowest enlisted pay grade.
