¶1 Linda K. Sandman (Sandman) appeals from the February 12, 1998 Order and Rationale of the Eleventh Judicial District Court, Flathead County, denying her various alternative post-trial motions. We affirm.

¶2 Sandman sued her insurer, Farmers Insurance Exchange (Farmers), claiming breach of contract, unfair claims settlement practices, fraud, and negligent infliction of emotional distress in connection with the settlement of her uninsured motorist claims.
