Proceeding by the state, on the relation of the State Bar Association, for the disbarment of C. B> Finn, an attorney at law.

1Per curiam

This is a proceeding instituted by the grievance committee of the State Bar Association to disbar the defendant from further practicing as'an attorney before the courts of this state, for willful misconduct in his profession. After the issues were made up, the cause was referred to Hon. Robert Eakin, who took and reported the testimony, together with his findings of fact and conclusions of law.
