Introduction

Old Electralloy Corporation f/k/a and f/d/ b/a Electralloy Corporation (“Debtor”) filed its voluntary Petition under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on January 29; 1991 (“Filing Date”). Richard W. Roeder, Esq. (“Trustee”) serves as Chapter 7 Trustee. The Trustee filed the within Complaint against Climax Molybdenum Company (“Climax”) to recover $26,000 under the preference provisions of 11 U.S.C. § 547.
