The Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors of Cyberrebate.com, Inc. (“plain tiff’) initiated this adversary proceeding on behalf of Cyberrebate.com, Inc. (“debtor”) pursuant to Section 547(b) of the Bankruptcy Code to recover preferential payments in the aggregate amount of $18,972.25 made by the debtor to the defendant, Gold Force International, Ltd.
