The Chapter 7 Trustee for the above-captioned debtors (hereafter “the Trustee” and “the Debtors”) has filed an initial and an amended complaint wherein he seeks, via Count 1 of such complaints, to (a) avoid as preferential under 11 U.S.C. § 547(b) several transfers that the Debtors made to United Creditors Alliance Corp. (hereafter “UCAC”), and (b) recover such alleged preferential transfers pursuant to 11 U.S.C. § 550(a)(1).
