Trustee Christopher J. Redmond filed a Motion for Partial Summary Judgment, seeking judgment on Count I of his Complaint to avoid nine transfers and recover $102,341.43 plus interests and costs, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. §§ 547 and 550. The Trustee contends that in the year preceding its bankruptcy, Liberty Livestock Company made nine preferential transfers to Ellis County Abstract & Title Company (“ECA”), a related company.
